Step 1: Choose the course that fits a real need on your team

- Difficult Conversations — $197. A repeatable process for performance, accountability, and conflict conversations. About 6–8 hours.
- Coaching Employees — $197. Develop employees through better questions, feedback, and follow-through.
- Leading Through Change — $197. Guide people through uncertainty while protecting trust and performance.
- Complete Leadership Package — $297 for four courses (Leadership Foundations, Leadership Communication, Difficult Conversations, and Leading Through Change), compared with $788 if purchased separately.
Step 2: Send a short, specific request
Managers approve requests that are specific. Name the course, name the problem you will apply it to, and make the cost easy to see. Feel free to adapt this:
